Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in agile principles and facilitate key agile ceremonies
• Coach teams on agile methodology and promote the achievement of sprint goals
• Maintain delivery metrics and report on product level plans and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of various software development methodologies (agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban)
• 2 years of experience delivering training sessions via web-based technologies
• 2 years of experience in Agile project methodology and leading agile ceremonies
• 5 years of experience in agile software development in large organizations or complex environments
