Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum processes with cross-functional teams for medium to complex projects
• Guide scrum teams in Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring prioritization and commitment for each Sprint
• Conduct all Scrum ceremonies and report timely progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master with the Agile framework
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Technical acumen to understand product and project deliverables
• Active Scrum Master certifications preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe 6.0)
• Experience with PEGA preferred
