Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an active software project, leading ongoing delivery and backlog refinement
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and resolve bugs and new feature requests
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in line with Agile/SCRUM best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or SCRUM Master in a software development environment
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a technical setting
• Deep proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Technical acumen to understand dev workflows, SDLC, and common web/mobile product development practices
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
