Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Lead, Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and moderate sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo, sprint retrospective, and backlog refinement meetings
• Remove obstacles to team and sprint success while encouraging self-organization among team members
• Coordinate across co-dependent scrum teams in a multi-scrum team environment and improve usage of JIRA and Confluence

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Lead
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and their practical applications
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to enhance project predictability and delivery success
• At least 1 year of experience using JIRA for Agile development tracking
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
