Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and coach teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach teams on agile practices to deliver high-quality products
• Facilitate Scrum events and support effective backlog management
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to enhance organizational agility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Business Suite preferred
• 2+ years of experience working within a Product Operating Model
