Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Scrum Master responsible for championing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on delivering sprint goals
- Monitor and report on Agile metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project tracking
- Knowledge of compliance principles such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR is a plus
