Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with business, Scrum teams, and technical stakeholders
• Manage project activities through all life cycles to ensure quality delivery
• Lead and engage small to medium-sized Scrum teams while supporting Scrum ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Proven experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
• Desired certifications include PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM)
• Strong focus on delivery and process improvement
• Knowledgeable in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and ADO
