Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery and lead agile development teams in an Agile environment
• Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps for advanced scrum team analytics
• Ensure effective communication and execution of project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise
• At least 15 years of total experience in a project environment
• Active CSM Certification; SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
• Significant experience leading agile teams and facilitating project delivery
• Experience with strategic communication is a plus
