Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agile development teams and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment
Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps for advanced scrum team analytics
Oversee project execution within large enterprises, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise
Total of 15 years of experience in a project environment, with at least half in large enterprises
Active CSM Certification; SAFe Scrum Master preferred
Experience leading agile teams in an Enterprise Security context is a plus
Financial industry project experience is desirable
