Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead agile development teams in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agile development teams and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment
Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps for advanced scrum team analytics
Ensure effective communication and execution of project goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise
At least 15 years of total experience in a project environment
Active CSM Certification; SAFe Scrum Master preferred
Experience in leading agile teams in a project environment
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
