Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile development teams and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment
• Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps for advanced scrum team analytics
• Manage and support Scrum processes and practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise
• At least 15 years of total experience in a project environment, with significant time in large enterprises
• Active CSM Certification; SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience leading agile teams in a project management capacity
• Experience with strategic communication and execution is a plus
