Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III who will guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead initiatives to standardize Agile principles within the organization
• Empower teams to self-organize and hold them accountable to Agile practices
• Assess Agile maturity and coach teams to improve their processes and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of software development experience in full life cycle environments
• Four years of experience using Agile or iterative processes for business improvements
• Five years of business management or stakeholder relationship management experience
• Professional Scrum Master certification is required
