• Collects and analyzes data related to the development process to drive performance and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Computer Science field
• Experience in an Agile environment and as a Scrum Master
• Background in building professional software solutions, preferably in a SaaS context
• Knowledge of software concepts, data architecture, and KPI definition
