Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a multi-year transformation effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through Agile best practices
• Collaborate with engineering leads to resolve technical blockers and drive risk management
• Engage with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a prioritized backlog and represent the team in planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps practices
