Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and manage agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize cross-functional team members towards achieving project goals
• Facilitate planning, track daily activities, and ensure project targets are met
• Identify and manage risks and issues, removing impediments to team progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with an additional 2+ years in agile project management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 3 years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to coach team members
• Experience in tracking project budgets, schedules, and scope
