Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support agile methodologies in software development for the Federal Aviation Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile teams to ensure progress against release commitments and remove impediments
• Coach team members on Scrum processes and lead Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize features and develop User Stories

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 10-13 years, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
