Job Summary

Certified Scrum Master, seeking a full-time individual to lead Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum practices, and support development teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team participation
• Coach and mentor development teams on SAFe principles and practices
• Support product owners in backlog management and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or plans to obtain certification
• Strong knowledge of SAFe framework and Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams or Project Management
• Certification in SAFe (e.g., SSM, SASM, SPC) is preferred
