Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support the development of an innovative AI-powered Data Value Platform, the remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain sprint cadence, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks while ensuring team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain a consistent two-week sprint cadence aligned with project goals and team capacity
• Identify and remove blockers to keep the team focused and productive

Required qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery
• Proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise data governance programs
• Excellent facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and scope
