Job Summary

Providing servant leadership and Agile delivery oversight, the remote Agile Lead Scrum Manager will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage JIRA boards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective Agile execution for client IT systems in the defense sector.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of IT system increments
• Set up and manage JIRA boards to monitor team progress and ensure transparency of work
• Identify and remove blockers that hinder the team's ability to meet sprint goals while supporting CI/CD integration

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher
• 8+ years of software project experience with at least 5 years on Agile teams
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
• Experience in DevSecOps environments and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
