Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To drive the delivery of enterprise-level AI and machine learning initiatives, the full-time remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach team members on Agile best practices while addressing impediments specific to AI delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for AI/ML product squads, ensuring velocity and continuous improvement
• Partner with AI Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs that balance various development tasks
• Track and communicate sprint metrics and AI-specific KPIs, managing risks and dependencies across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in AI, machine learning, or data science environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II) or equivalent SAFe certification
• Demonstrated ability to adapt Agile frameworks for AI/ML development cycles
• Experience in regulated industries with knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
