Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting product and software development teams, the remote Certified Scrum Master will manage project coordination, facilitate communication, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology, facilitating communication between external groups and the project team
• Facilitate daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Organize demos and product/system testing while removing impediments for the scrum team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Scrum Master Certification is required
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio is preferred
• Strong background in agile methodology, including SAFE, KANBAN, and SCRUM
