Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will manage multiple medium to large-scale projects, facilitate agile ceremonies, and provide strategic guidance within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and requirements gathering while ensuring clear communication with business partners
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement
• Track team metrics and provide transparency on sprint and release progress to stakeholders and management

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master certification with SAFe Agilist experience
• Proficiency in Atlassian workflows and operations
• Experience managing global project teams with diverse objectives
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and agile product development environments
