Job Summary

Leading multiple concurrent IT projects, the contract Project Manager/Scrum Master will drive process improvements and support the organization's transition to a DevOps and Agile mindset while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through delivery
• Drive process improvements in an environment where formal processes are still being developed
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
• Certified Scrum Master with experience as a Scrum Master and a project management background
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication
• Jira experience, with a strong understanding of its usage
• Comfortable navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
