Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To champion Agile principles, the remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate cross-functional development teams, manage backlogs in Jira, and remove blockers to optimize delivery velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members in Agile practices to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-refined and prioritized product backlog
• Track team metrics and promote continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives

Required qualifications

• First-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence for Agile project management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in modern application development environments (e.g., cloud-native, microservices)
