Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join a fully remote team, responsible for coaching and facilitating IT teams in achieving sprint goals while driving continuous improvement in Agile practices within the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scrum teams in moderate complexity work streams and oversee the scrum process, coaching teams on Agile practices
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and reviews while managing interdependencies and ensuring team engagement
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to support release planning and maintain a healthy work backlog

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering with a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master delivering medium complexity products
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to coach teams on Scrum processes and facilitate continuous improvement
• Experience working with multiple software development teams applying Scrum principles
