Job Summary

To support enterprise-level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) strategies, the full-time remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles to team progress, and coordinate activities across data engineering and machine learning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies to promote continuous improvement and maintain sprint cadence
• Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Monitor and report on sprint metrics to support data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 7+ years of agile project management experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Direct experience facilitating data science or analytics projects
• Proven track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality
