Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support project delivery, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will manage project scope and timelines, coordinate sprints and meetings, and coach team members in Agile methodologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among team members
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and ensure quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or TPO role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile frameworks
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
