Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team environment, the full-time remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum practices, coach the team, and ensure clear goals while removing impediments to project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of a cross-functional Scrum Team to deliver high-value outcomes
• Coach the team on the Scrum framework and guide them through Scrum practices
• Remove impediments that hinder project progress and promote continuous communication

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required
• MUST be a U.S. citizen
• MUST be able to successfully pass a US Government background check
