Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting Agile delivery for the Enterprise Military Housing application, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum processes, manage ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement while working in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies for Agile development teams supporting the eMH application
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics, promoting transparency using Agile tools and artifacts
• Identify and resolve team impediments while supporting the Product Owner in backlog management

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140 compliant certification, or ability to obtain within six months
