Job Summary

Driving Agile adoption and execution, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will coach and mentor teams, facilitate Scrum events, and optimize delivery while working in a hybrid environment from a local office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile execution and delivery by applying best practices to manage complex sprints
• Coach Scrum teams through estimation and planning techniques, ensuring alignment on sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum events and drive transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments
• Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and balance project priorities
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean-Agile practices
