Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, guide multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile frameworks, and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear product backlog while leveraging AI tools to enhance the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and support multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS)
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress and foster continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Product and IT experience
• 2+ years in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
• 1+ years of experience applying multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS
• 1+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
• SCRUM Master Certification
