Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Passionate and organized, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will facilitate agile team performance and collaboration while working remotely, driving continuous improvement and coaching teams on Scrum principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
• Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and agile methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about team development and agile transformation
