Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will manage Agile program activities, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure project teams meet delivery targets while adhering to Lean Agile principles.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team focus and productivity
• Manage project teams by creating delivery schedules, curating program plans, and generating status reports
• Coordinate dependencies across various workstreams to support program planning and resource management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment
