Job Summary

Supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Enterprise Health Records Management initiatives, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will manage program activities, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure project teams deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities and curate ongoing program plans to meet evolving client needs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while tracking team capacity
• Design and implement lean processes within the Jira application, ensuring adherence to program delivery targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment
