Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support the Administrative Office of the US Courts, the remote Sr. Scrum Master will organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, mentor team members in Agile practices, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups and Sprint Planning
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile values and practices to enhance team self-organization
- Work with Product Management to develop release plans and maintain prioritized product backlogs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP)
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Experience in software development or within a software development organization
