Job Summary
Leading agile practices for multiple teams, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will guide sprint teams to successful completion of sprints while working remotely and collaborating with product owners and leadership to facilitate effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Champion agile/scrum principles and monitor team activity to ensure workload commitments are met
- Facilitate effective meetings and remove obstacles to maintain sprint progress and team engagement
- Provide project status updates to senior management and coordinate cross-functional meetings for project planning
Required qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) required
- Experience in web engineering and familiarity with product launch cycles
- Ability to mentor teams on agile/scrum principles and influence senior leadership
- Expertise with agile and software development tools, such as JIRA
- Demonstrable history of leading agile/scrum projects in complex organizations
