Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team focused on national security, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and promote continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies effectively, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective
- Coach the Development Team and Product Owner on self-organization, cross-functionality, and maximizing product value
- Guide the organization in adopting Scrum and ensure clear communication of team progress and challenges to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum)
- Experience with .NET development environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
