Job Summary
Managing multiple technical project teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Tech Project Management will serve as a Scrum Master, coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring effective communication and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical project management efforts and Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams to support product and engineering initiatives
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure timely delivery of projects while managing schedules and identifying risks
- Facilitate planning sessions and maintain release plans across engineering teams and external partners
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master managing medium to large software development projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SSM/PMI) Certification
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Management
- Proficiency in JIRA for sprint reporting and dependency management
- Understanding of AI concepts and ability to leverage AI tools for project delivery efficiency
