Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support the Marketing Automation team, the part-time Scrum Master will manage agile sprints, facilitate meetings, and promote collaboration while working remotely for a temporary duration of four months.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the Agile Marketing Automation Team
- Coach the development team on Agile practices to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with marketing business owners to prioritize and manage the project backlog effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet
- Experience with JIRA or other ticket tracking tools
