Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Consultant - Consumer, Wealth, and Business Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain portfolio operations and facilitate process change discussions
• Create and manage performance reports for the portfolio and train team members on their use
• Coordinate Agile portfolio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Project Management, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
• Preferred background in Technology and Banking, with a focus on Scrum Master roles
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including advanced features and automation
