Certified Scrum Master - Murex

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master specializing in Murex & Risk Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-profile front office programs, acting as the primary liaison among Traders, Sales, Quants, and Technology teams
• Manage cross-asset technology roadmaps and ensure compliance and optimization of complex trading workflows for OTC products and derivatives
• Lead core Scrum ceremonies and manage the product backlog in Jira/Confluence while implementing Agile best practices aligned with PMO governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology project delivery experience within a Foreign Investment Bank or similar Tier 1 financial institution
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Expert level proficiency with Agile toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Deep knowledge of Derivatives, OTC, FX, Rates, Credit, and Equities, along with hands-on experience with Murex
• Solid understanding of regulatory-driven risk enhancements and Basel III/IV frameworks
