Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Estimator to provide technical support for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize cost estimating software to draft detailed construction and design cost forecasts
• Prepare cost analyses to support project efficiency and align with industry standards
• Conduct process improvement assessments to enhance cost projection accuracy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC
• Minimum of ten years of estimating A&E and construction projects for DoD Facilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited university
• Professional-level cost engineering certification (e.g., AACE, CEP, CCP)
• Experience with Sage Estimating Software and On Screen Takeoff
