Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Technician, Formulary Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of formularies, ensuring compliance with CMS rules and regulations
• Drive cross-functional decision-making on formulary strategy and manage formulary change governance processes
• Conduct clinical and financial analyses to support formulary decision-making and serve as a subject matter expert for Medicare Part D bid components

Required Qualifications

• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Part D operations within a Health Plan and/or PBM
• Expertise in formulary strategy, administration, and CMS file submissions
• Strong knowledge of CMS Part D regulations and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with business intelligence tools
