Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Navigator (Information and Referral).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from the public using computer software
• Assess the needs of callers and provide appropriate resources
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and make effective referrals
• Ability to assist callers presenting life-threatening crises
• Must be able to obtain Inform certification within 90 days of hire
• Must pass a criminal background check
