Certified Social Studies Teacher (TX, MI, PA)

Job Summary

In a full-time remote capacity, a Certified Social Studies Teacher (TX, MI, PA) will manage online instructional programs, provide personalized feedback on assignments, and communicate regularly with students to ensure successful completion of their coursework.

Key responsibilities

• Support the instructional program through synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions
• Provide prompt, high-quality feedback on assignments and maintain up-to-date student performance records
• Consult with team members to develop alternate enrichment activities and lesson modifications for student success

Required qualifications

• Valid state teaching certificate in Social Studies for TX, MI, and PA
• Completion of a traditional teacher preparation program at an accredited college or university
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain certification in other states as requested
• Availability to work full-time during core business hours from 10 am - 4 pm Eastern time
