Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) Learning Mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1:1 mentorship sessions with assigned students
• Support students in preparing for the CRCST certification exam and reinforce sterile processing concepts
• Collaborate with instructors to identify student learning trends and provide feedback on course material

Required Qualifications

• Active CRCST certification through HSPA
• 3-5 years of experience as a sterile processing technician
• Experience in a hospital-based sterile processing department
• Prior experience mentoring or training sterile processing staff
• Ability to explain sterilization workflows and infection prevention concepts to learners
