Certified Surgical Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Surgical Scheduler I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments according to company protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet department KPI metrics
• Provide high levels of customer service and collaborate on special projects

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent
• Minimum post high-school education in a medical support field (e.g., Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse)
• Experience in dermatology and cosmetic procedures preferred
• 2+ years of recent medical office experience is preferred
• Derm tech completion required within 30 days of employment
