Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Abstractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and index free text data elements from medical records and reports
• Collaborate with Data Operations and subject matter experts to refine data curation processes
• Maintain performance standards and support team members with data mining and analysis tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or related health field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data curation, clinical research, or related fields
• Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) certification preferred
• Knowledge of ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and medical records
• Proficiency in databases, software applications, and Microsoft Office programs
