Certified Valuation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuation Manager to oversee valuation engagements and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction
• Perform valuation modeling and analysis, preparing comprehensive, client-ready reports
• Engage with company executives to establish valuation perspectives and address inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) or CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) certification; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience providing valuation services, including M&A and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with DCF and market comparable analyses
• Knowledge of industry-specific valuation factors, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred
