Job Summary

Committed to enhancing accessibility, the full-time Certified Visual Interpreter will provide real-time visual assistance to blind and low vision customers through live video calls, utilizing proprietary technology in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Clearly and accurately present on-demand visual information to customers during live calls
• Maintain a professional demeanor and consistently answer calls while scheduled
• Engage in team-building exercises and support fellow Visual Interpreters to foster organizational growth

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older and fluent in English
• Legal right to work and presence in the United States or Canada
• Comfortable using various technological systems, including PCs, Macs, and smartphones
• Strong spatial awareness and investigative research skills
